Without a doubt, the San Diego Padres hit rock bottom in April by posting a dismal 7-17 record. Decent pitching was continually backed by a light-hitting lineup that struggled to even get on base during those 24 contests. Losses kept on coming at Petco Park and everywhere else, too. This team could not even manage to win three straight contests during the month and only managed back-to-back wins …
